What does your fee include?
My fee covers my professional singing performance only — across all the functions we agree upon. Flights from India to Phuket, hotel accommodation, meals, and sound equipment are arranged and covered by the client.
Who arranges the flights and hotel for your Phuket trip?
You do. As part of the booking arrangement, you arrange and cover my return flight from Jaipur to Phuket, hotel accommodation for the duration of the event, and meals during my stay. I provide my travel details — preferred travel dates, flight requirements, and accommodation needs — well in advance so you can make arrangements comfortably.
What sound equipment do I need to arrange?
I need a professional vocal microphone, one stage monitor, and a main PA system suitable for your venue and guest count. I provide a detailed technical rider that your venue team or sound supplier can use to set up exactly what is needed. Most Phuket wedding venues already have this equipment available.
Can you perform at multiple functions across multiple days?
Yes — and this is the most common arrangement. Most Indian couples in Phuket book me for mehendi, sangeet, ceremony, and reception across two to three days. The performance fee covers all agreed functions.
How far in advance should I book?
For Phuket’s peak wedding season — November to February — I recommend booking at least 6 to 9 months in advance. For off-peak months, 4 to 6 months is a reasonable minimum. The earlier you book, the more time we have to plan your setlist properly.
How do we plan the song list?
About 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding, we have a detailed conversation about your favourite songs, special dedications, family preferences, and any surprise moments you want included. I build the complete setlist from that conversation.
Do you perform English songs as well?
Yes. Many Phuket destination weddings have mixed guest lists including non-Indian friends and international family. I include English acoustic songs alongside Bollywood and Punjabi tracks as needed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are discussed and agreed upon during the booking process and included in the written booking agreement. This protects both of us and ensures clarity in case of any changes.
