Step 5 — Technical rider to your resort I send my sound requirements document to your resort’s wedding coordinator or sound team. They confirm setup arrangements and any additional equipment needed.
Step 6 — Setlist planning consultation 4 to 6 weeks before the wedding, we have a detailed conversation about your favourite songs, special dedications, family requests, and any personal moments you want included in the performance. I build a complete, function-specific setlist from this conversation.
