1. Services Offered

Harshit Sharma provides professional live singing performances for:

Luxury Weddings
Destination Weddings
Corporate Events
Private Parties
Live Concerts

All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation and 50% advance payment
Event date will be secured only after receipt of agreed booking amount.
Remaining payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before the event.

Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Payment Terms

Payment structure (advance + balance) will be clearly communicated before confirmation.
International bookings may include additional travel, accommodation, and technical expenses.
All agreed payments must be cleared before or on the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation Policy

Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
In case of event cancellation by the client, the booking amount may be retained.
If cancellation occurs due to unavoidable circumstances, both parties may mutually reschedule the performance.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate event details (date, venue, timing, audience size).
Ensure proper stage setup, sound system, and technical arrangements (unless included in agreement).
Obtain necessary event permissions and licenses.

6. Travel & Accommodation (For Destination & International Events)

For outstation or international bookings, the client may be responsible for:

Travel expenses
Accommodation
Local transport
Technical rider requirements

Details will be shared during booking confirmation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Harshit Sharma will not be held liable for:

Event disruptions due to technical failures beyond control
Natural disasters or force majeure situations
Venue-related restrictions or permissions

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, videos, branding, and logos, are the property of Harshit Sharma and may not be copied or used without permission.
